If you return your Ortho-Back Belt to us within 30 days of receipt, complete with all the product packaging, we will give you a full refund, less any shipping/handling charges you paid, no questions asked. If returned items are not received within the 30 day period, we will not be able to honor your return.
We ask that you retain tracking information and insure your package when returning goods, as we cannot be responsible for products that do not reach us.

We will arrange for your refund upon receipt of the goods, and will contact you to let you know that your refund has been arranged.
Ortho-Back provides a Lifetime Warranty for the front and back plates of the belt against defects in material and workmanship and a one-year normal use warranty for the straps against defects in material and workmanship. Should a defect occur, return your Ortho-Back and proof of purchase to Ortho-Back, LLC for a free replacement or repair. You will only be charged the applicable ground shipping rate to return the replacement or repaired product to you.
